every district shall have commercial spaces for offices which shall not be mixed with residential spaces and markets. entire district shall be divided into zones for development. if at any place there is a railway crossing design the space in such a way that in future overhead bridge shall be constructed without making changes as space is already planned in advance. in fact the original master plan shall have the bridge over the crossing but to be constructed in the future.
