most of the municipal corporations utilize the space alongside of the roads by constructing the shops which over a time become big reason for jams and/or road becomes narrow also parking the vehicle in front of the shops causes chaos on the roads, mostly pedestrian walkways are captured by the shop owners by extending their shop over it and the pedestrian is forced to walk on the road which causes traffic flow problem and risk of life of the pedestrian,
