I would like to suggest that at the time of submitting documents at Zonal office of Nagar Nigam, an SMS should have been sent to the user's mobile number informing him about documents submission and timeline within which he will get a death certificate. Second, there should be a provision of sending a death certificate on user's email id, so that user need not to visit to collect it personally.This whole process is really in contradiction with concept of e-District services.
