There should be a separate Ministry of Manufacturing, to make India a leading manufacturing hub for the world,in all sectors,be it Textile,Steel,Semiconductors,Minerals,Solar photovoltaic etc
The concept of ODOP(One District One Product)should be implemented PAN India as per raw material availability.
Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship should train entire youth of country for this Mission,this will also solve the problem of unemployment in India,& our economy will grow manifold
